Our 2009-2010 Annual Auction will be held on March 6th, 2010 at the Blackbaud Atrium on Daniel Island. SAVE THE DATE FOR A GREAT NIGHT OF FOOD & FUN!! Preview a few of the items up for auction here.

The cost of admission includes live musical entertainment, heavy hors d'oeuvres, dessert, wine, beer and soft drinks. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. They are available from the school office. You may pre-order your tickets online using the "Add to Cart" button below.

We are seeking Corporate sponsors / advertisements for the auction.  Donations are tax deductible. Auction Donation forms may be picked up at the office or completed online and printed for submission with items / services / sponsorships.

Advertising:  Ads for the Auction Booklet are $25 for business card size; $50 for 1/2 page and $100 for a Full page.  T-shirt Ads: $50 (Deadline is Nov 24, 2009 to be on t-shirt).   Deadline is Feb. 6 to be included in the actual booklet (there will be an addendum sheet for submissions after this date). 

Sponsors:  We have three levels of sponsorship. In return, for your support of St. John, your name and company will be listed in our Auction booklet, on the backs of our event shirts (if received before November 24), linked from the School Auction web page and displayed on our Corporate Wall of Honor.  Sponsors and donors of large auction items will be featured prominently in the auction presentation. Reciprocal links between your site and the School Auction page will be created. The Auction will be promoted on the School’s Facebook following, as well.

Sponsorship levels are:

Platinum – A donation of $1,000 plus. Your business name/ contact info on our auction t-shirt (if sponsorship is received before November 24, 2009). Your full page advertisement in our auction booklet. Your sponsorship featured prominently during the live auction presentation.

Gold - A donation of $600 - 999. Your business name/ contact info on our auction t-shirt (if sponsorship is received before November 24, 2009). Your half page advertisement in our auction booklet.

Silver - A donation of $300 -599.  Your business name/ contact info on our auction t-shirt  (if sponsorship is received before November 24, 2009).  Your business card sized advertisement in our auction booklet.

We ask each SJCS family to procure at least three items worth a minimum of $25 each for the auction, as well as help supply soft drinks and bottled water for the event. Donated items can be solicited from businesses in order to meet this obligation. Thanks for your help making this major fundraiser a success each year - we couldn't do it without each and every family!
