Each Saint John Catholic School Family agrees to participate in fundraising activities for the school at the time of registration. Participation can be in the form of monetary donations of at least $150 or in fundraising activities that yield a minimum of $150 for the school. Our two major fundraisers are the Annual Auction and the Annual Fund. You may complete and print our donation form here and return it to the school with your donation. If you would like to donate time, we ask that you complete a VIRTUS class. If you would like to donate items, we are working on a wish list.

Tuition Assistance - The downturn in the economy has affected many of our families, and tuition assistance is needed now more than ever.

Curriculum enhancement - We are in need of materials and personnel to help our students to continually learn and grow.

Technology Updates - The computers and software used in the school are in constant need of updating, due to obsolescence and security issues. The Library is in need of software to track the book inventory. We have been trying to get some at no cost, but the technical challenges have proven too great so far for our IT volunteers.

Classroom Improvements - The furniture in many of the classrooms needs to be replaced.

Capital improvements

  • The electrical system in the school building is in need of a major overhaul.
  • Any safety/security needs that arise throughout the year.
  • We would like to work on renovation of the basement of the school building to make it usable space.
